Club Member Steve Injured in Crash- Has A Request
I received this email from club member Steve K, who was recently hospitalized from a crash on his bike. He's looking for a recommendation for legal services- possibly someone has a referral for him:
"As you may know by now, I recently won a short flite, compliments of a multi-tasking, cell phone toting driver in Castro Valley. The take-off was abrupt, the flite over the hood smooth, but the landing very rough! X-rays of my left "wing" show both bones broken just above the wrist. I'm back home now to recover, after spending 3 nites in the hospital. (Calls welcome: I can only watch so much TV!!)
Anyway, I'd like to know if any one in our club knows of, or has had any dealings with an attorney that is motorcycle savvy, as I'm sure that's what it'll take to get a settlement from her insurance com. If so, my e-mail is above, and I'm in the club directory as well.
